Vank Cathedral in the Armenian quarter known as Jolfa is a gorgeous fusion of Armenian and Islamic architecture and one of the most outstanding attractions in Isfahan, Iran. Vank Church was built during seven years (between 1648 – 1655 AD)
The Interior part of the Vank Cathedral is a masterpiece of art, designed with frescos, tiles, and carvings. The paintings borrowed from the Bible and Torah stories and the walls are designed by seven-colored tile. There are beautiful cafes and restaurants around the church where you can rest for a while.
Isfahan Music Museum is another attraction in this area, close to the Vank Cathedral (5 minutes walk), you will get familiar with all Persian music instruments there and will have enough time to enjoy listening to some Persian Traditional songs alive.
